If they get a letter from the IRS, we can navigate the process and advise our customers with assurance things can be worked out and they can sleep at night. Continuing education enables us to keep up with the ever changing laws to better serve their needs, using the deductions and other information to get them the best refund they might not otherwise receive. We also have a Frenchton dog and sometimes an Imperial Shihtzu that visits our office making the process more fun!
