Succession planning and the estate planning is something that has been confused by each other for decades. The most important factor of estate and succession planning is that they can be taken care of simultaneously and they do not have to be done separately. Many a few time this has been followed, but mostly either just the succession planning is completely done or estate planning while the other one is just left alone and after the person is deceased it creates a very big vacuum that can create further problems for the business and estate too.
