Less Back on Your 2018 Refud
This year tax returns are averaging about $185.00 less than last year's returns, according to the IRS.
If you claimed one of following, the Child Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit, you may experience a delay in receiving your refund.
A reminder, the Minimum Essential Coverage was repealed by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, but this change will not take effect until 1 January 2019. It continues to apply for 2018. If you or a dependent did not have health insurance or a qualified covered exemption from the mandate during the year, you will have to report a shared responsibility payment on the tax return.
