  • If Santa Claus was hungry and stopped for dinner after entertaining a few people, even that is not tax deductible because he can get home and have his dinner. Yes, if he is at his job and dinner or lunch time approaches and he has to stay there for another good 2 hours, he can then demand for dinner which will be tax deductible. 
  • If Santa Claus has a big, crazy and hectic routine for a day where he has to attend to 5 big parties and events and have to complete them all in one day, then the means of transportation from one party to another, the meal times which come in between and other kinds of expenses can be tax deductible.
