Once considered to be the funniest kid in school, things became the opposite at the tender age of 15 when I discovered that I had been adopted by my parent's adoptive parents & not having ever known them until high school, I only found this out when at a school talent show, I did standup comedy to thunderous applause, but was ridiculed in the halls, between classes because of my height and the mean kids would say that if I was doing standup, why wasn't I standing up?
At the end of that week, which coincided with the end of the school year, I was given a trophy for being the funniest kid in school, by the Tab Cola, drinking, Principle who ended up being my adoptive grandfather and had once wanted to be a CPA.
Subsequently, I ended up moving in with him & my adoptive grandmother who had once wanted to be a doctor.
Things in my life at this early age just clicked & it was then that I decided to become a sort of Tax Doctor and make people better financially, tax-wise, which I thought was wise.
From those humble beginnings it has been a journey of delight seeing the same in my client's eyes knowing I've done all I can for them.
