I have been in business since 1996 and absolutely love what I do! I started out preparing individual returns and quickly moved into more difficult ones. I am able to help set up business, complete their books, payroll, and tax returns. I believe I provide a very cost effective service to meet just about anyones needs.
My business has grown since it's inception purely by referrals. Many clients are several generations of families. I consider my clients to be an important part of my life as this is a difficult time which very personal information is discussed.
I just moved in June of 2016 to my own office and enjoying it tremendously. My goal is to offer a stress free zone for my clients to enter.
The other face you will see in the office is Whitney Robbins, she is the first person you will see when arriving at our office. Whitney is here to greet you and answer questions, she is also preparing tax returns and will eventually take over the business when I retire, which is still a ways off.

Debbie and DLH have been preparing my taxes for the past 23 years, that's even before there was a DLH. Never ever felt the need to take my business elsewhere. I couldn't be happier with her professional expertise and service. Highly recommended.

Debbie has been doing our taxes for a number of years. She is always prompt to return our calls or emails (even in the off season), has been flexible with appointment times, and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Deb completes multiple tax forms for us due to self employment in addition to traditional jobs. Over the years we have had other companies do our taxes - from large firms like HR Block, to small owned companies across several states. I didn't have complaints about any of them but somehow the first meeting with Debbie was the last with any other tax provider. It is always a pleasure going to our tax appointment.

Debbie has been doing our taxes for a number of years. She returns calls quickly, does our taxes with multiple forms to complete due to self employment plus other traditional jobs, and has even squeezed us in when we have delayed getting our things together. I first got to know Mrs. Hoy as a good friend and as a stickler for detail. After she did our taxes the first time we knew there was nobody else like her. We have been with dlh enterprises 27 years. She knows our finances and is always there during the year to answer any questions. We both have gone thru marriages, divorces, births, deaths, and retirement challenges together. She is top shelf in our book and entrust her with our utmost finances.

Debbie Hoy is a wonderful person and a great tax pro. Anything financial we know we can ask her opinion and she is going to give us the straight advise on how it will effect our taxes. We will make an appointment with her, we know what she will need and she puts everything in the computer and we know it is just as it should be. If something is missing that should be there she catches it. Debbie treats you with respect. We highly recommend her !
