Eftex Business Services, LLC (Eftex) was founded in 2012, and nested in the West part of Houston, Texas, USA. Flora is an Enrolled Agent (EA) - the highest tax designation conferred by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. Flora is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (http://quickbooks.intuit.com/).
She is licensed to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS at all administrative levels - examination, collection, and appeals. Flora has about 3 decades of international experience in taxes, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation (amongst other finance, accounting and business planning responsibilities), across retail, banking, logistics, airline, construction and mining industries.
In particular, Flora frequently helps clients with IRS tax issues associated with identity theft, payroll tax, penalty abatement and lien removal, amongst others. She works closely with clients and liaises with the IRS until every reported issue is resolved.
