Former IRS Tax Auditor. I've worked in the three major division of the Internal Revenue Service; Examination, Taxpayer Service and Collections. Also served on a special project with the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I am now semi-retired. Therefore I am not in the business to support me or my family. Therefore I can be picky. I primarily service Individual filers (1040 form series). I will also prepare returns for small businesses that can file using the 1040 form series (Schedule C and Schedule E). Please note that Husband and Wife partnerships are considered Joint Ventures by the IRS and can file their business returns on a Schedule C attached to a Form 1040. I also handle some LLCs (depending on where it was formed and how that state treats them). For instance, in Oklahoma a Single-Member LLC is considered a disregarded entity and can therefore file a business return on a Schedule C. However Multi-Member LLCs are treated like a partnership and must file partnership returns. Contact me for further details.
