About Joyce Jones

I have been preparing taxes since 1983.  I have specialized in farm taxes because we are farmers raising registered Galloway cattle, and recognized the need for tax professionals who understands farmers' tax issues.

I perform payroll services, along with bookkeeping services.

I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  I have been teaching QuickBooks at the community colleges in Butler and Beaver Counties since the late 1990's.  I have taught QuickBooks for Penn State Extension in Butler, Lawrence, & Crawford Counties.  

When local QuickBooks ProAdvisors were hired by DCED to teach local municipalities' employees how to use QuickBooks, I taught at various municipalities all over Western Pennsylvania.

I taught Basic Accounting at Butler County Community College as an adjunct instructor, and created and taught courses in Accounting for Non-Accountants, and Tax Schedule C/F. I have also tutored students in tax, accounting, and QuickBooks.

An interesting fact:  Did you know that Galloway cattle are one of the two breeds of cattle remaining in the world whose genetics have not been diluted by other breeds?  When you schedule your appointment with our office, I will tell you the name of the other breed.
