Beginning a business is not something everyone knows how to do and it is not perfect on Day 1. No one can tell you what it is like to grow, work and change through the process or even that it changes you. Walking through this process and as our journey still unfolds, I find it allows me to meet our clients where they are. We know the passion, the struggles, the pains and the pitfalls. However, having been there, we also know the successes and the community of this joint process.
