For the love of numbers as a hobby in 1994, Kamm started preparing tax returns out of her home for family and friends. In her first year in Corporate America as a tax professional, she learned most taxpayers did not understand the complexity of income taxes, therefore, wanted to assist taxpayers in understanding taxation, she opened Galloway Tax Express. In 2009, the company opened to the public serving as a reliable, affordable, and very family-friendly tax service. Furthermore, Kamm dedicated herself to providing quality knowledge-based tax service educating taxpayers. This included what was occurring with their personal and/or business tax situation and getting them in an achievable strategic planned tax goal that resulted in receiving a better tax return result than their norm, a lower tax liability.

Today, Galloway Tax Express operates as a 501c3 nonprofit organization's tax resource for information returns required by the IRS and an operational resource for startups and existing businesses.

After becoming the founder of a nonprofit youth organization and being professionally educated, Kamm realized from experience and networking that nonprofit presidents and organization key persons were at no understanding of how to properly prepare their nonprofit organizations' annual IRS Form 990 information returns, resulting in deep consequences for the organization. After being educated, preparing, and filing 501c3 nonprofit information returns, subsequently rebranding, Kamm now specializes in IRS Form 990-series information return, ensuring 501c3 nonprofit organizations' information returns are prepared correctly to comply with the IRS tax-exempt status, overall to avoid revocation of nonprofit tax-exempt status for failure to file an information return, as most give up and not file a Form 990. Now she spreads one phrase to nonprofits, "Your organization is getting ready to lose its tax-exempt status".
