Kristina Mahoney by day is affectionately known by her clients as The Tax Diva.  She is responsible for the tax compliance and consulting function for a varied list of clients that include closely-held corporations, partnerships and high net-worth individuals. With more than 12 years of professional experience, she has consulted clients in varying industries including sports & entertainment, real estate, automotive dealerships and multi-tiered partnerships. She successfully manages companies with annual revenues of up to $500 million. In her spare time she maintains a blog, www.TheTaxDiva.com that provides tax tips on a variety of hot tax topics throughout the year.  Ms. Mahoney has lent her time and talents during tax season by doing pro bono work through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).

After a busy day at the office, Kristina transforms from The Tax Diva to A-list Socialite extraordinaire.  Her social calendar is filled with invitations to some of the hottest events throughout Miami and Houston.  Marrying her love of marketing with her strong business acumen, she formed a boutique consulting firm, EliteOne Agency, that provides strategic business management and marketing consultation to small and up and coming companies looking to take their business to the next level.  In addition to providing tax consulting and business planning, the firm is focused on conceiving and developing strategic, high-impact, and effective initiatives specifically designed to take businesses to the next level.  Clients include, Intra-Mail Network, Emperial Americas, Tequila Distinguido, Krome Vodka, Steve Rogers and Rob Wright Promotions Agency, Headliner Market Group, and Waste Free Mail, just to name a few.  Her firm also organizes golf events through The Fabulous Females of Golf^® and provides the marketing direction for The Fashion Fierce Party.Kristina coordinated monthly Mix-n-Mingle events through the professional organization she founded, Elite Mingler. Elite Mingler was founded in November 2007 out of a need in the Houston market to get professionals networking on a different level. It provides a chance to socialize at various upscale venues in and around the Houston area. To date the Elite Mingler's currently has over 2,500 members on the mailing list.  Since inception Elite Mingler has partnered with U.S. Marines Toys for Tots to collect toys for underprivileged children during Christmas. To-date her efforts have collected more than 3,000 toys for children in Miami and Houston.

Developing business plans or coordinating events for her clients make no mistake; Kristina is not a promoter, she is a purveyor of memorable events. Kristina Mahoney was born and raised in Miami, Florida.  She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Accounting (BBA), a Masters in Taxation (MST) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Marketing.  An avid golf player, she is a member of The Fountain of Praise, enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and socializing with friends.  She currently resides in Houston, TX with her sons Christopher  (deceased) and Ashton.
