Charles A. McCullough graduated summa cum laude in Accounting from Rowan University and magne cum laude with an M.B.A. in finance from Rutgers University. He is a past president of the Rutgers Club of Philadelphia.
Charles graduated from Girard College elementary and high school in Philadelphia.
In addition to being a CPA, he holds the MAI designation and AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute, the world renown organization of real estate appraisers. He continues to pursue a designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
He is a state certified general appraiser In New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a certified tax assessor in New Jersey.
