As an Enrolled Agent, I'm licensed by the United States Treasury to represent Taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in such tax matters as IRS correspondence, audits, collections, levies and liens. Also, I represent Taxpayers in dealings with the State of Michigan Treasury over income tax, sales tax and employment tax issues.
I have special expertise in estates and trusts, real estate, partnerships, corporations, and LLCs.
I prepare tax returns for individuals and have expertise in dealing with complicated taxes isssues such as legal and Social Security settlements, inheritances, divorce, adoptions, bankruptcy and income from the cancellation of debt.
