Our philosophy is that although you must pay taxes, there is no law that says you have to leave a tip. We provide personal service and years of expertise without overcharging for our services. We will go all the way to the line of the law in helping to reduce your tax burden without crossing it.
We would like to describe some of our companies’ core philosophies to help you understand the types of people involved within Griffin Accounting. Fully staffed by degreed accountants, we strive to provide exceptional service without charging exorbitant fees.
While we focus on taxes at the beginning of the year, we continue to offer business and consulting services to all of our clients throughout the entire year. We have four accountants on staff and a bookkeeper with twenty years of experience; all of whom will help keep your monthly accounting tasks accurate and up to date. One of our accountants is a forensic accountant who specializes in investigating and preventing any type of fraud effecting your organization. One of our accountants has fifteen years of management accounting experience in a privately held multi-national company. Two of our accountants have prior successful management backgrounds in varying fields of business including retail management, construction management and hospitality management. Our diverse backgrounds provide understanding of different business needs, strengths, and potential weaknesses.
We strive to learn your business processes and what you need. This enables us to recommend a level of service that will enhance not only your business but also your time effectiveness. Sometimes this means giving you the tools to do some of it yourself in a more efficient manner. Other times it means getting some of the tasks out of your way, providing you more time and clarity to focus on what makes you money. We accomplish this in part by physically visiting our accounts a minimum of three times per year; observing and discussing your operations and processes to derive a better understanding of your business. This policy enables us to better provide the level and quality of service that you, and we, expect and appreciate; all the while keeping your accounting expenses well below the industry standard.
