I formed my firm after working for 15 years as the Supervising Attorney for a successful national tax resolution firm, and I am fortunate that the majority of our service team of attorneys, enrolled agents and paralegals agreed to join me. Formed as a LLC/law firm instead of a Corporation, we are able to provide a broader array of legal services, particularly including bankruptcy, business formation, succession planning, estate planning, and property tax appeals. Our core services remain tax resolution - the same excellent and creative representation we've been providing for the last 15 years to 1000's of tax-troubled individuals and businesses.
