For my, there was no appointment needed. I simply packed up my paperwork and mailed it to the office. A bit more than a week later, I received an email to say that the return was completed. There was instructions and an invoice all included. I followed the instructions and made my payment. Once again, totally satisfied! 5's for ratings, perhaps a "6" for responsiveness!

Due to an injury in 2016, I was unable to drive and had a bit more that the standard tax situation that year. Early in the tax season, Mr. Keel came to my home and helped me with everything. It was seamless. This was the beginning of my patronage and Money Management Associates has continued to provide excellent professional service, year over year. This year, for the first time, I didn't get my documents to MMA until the 4/15. Staff made every effort to get my taxes submitted by the 18th and had a Request for an Extension form waiting for me.

We have had three different companies work with our taxes over the past 10 years. The first group were unethical...the second company went through the motions and happily cashed our check, but did nothing to work on our behalf. Two years ago, after owning my frustrations, I started looking for a new tax professional. Only through the grace of God did Garry fall in my lap. He is extremely ethical, patient, timely, and pleasant to work with. He takes time to walk you through the 20k questions you may have, and knows his business. He understood all of the recent tax changes and worked with us to access the remaining deductions that were available to us. In short, if you are really interested in finding a tax professional that you can trust, and will effectively execute your tax returns, do yourself a favor and connect with Money Management Associates. I can’t imagine using anyone else.

I was referred to Money Management Associates a few years ago by a friend and it was the best decision I could have made. As a retired teacher, living the dream life on a modest budget, I still employ Money Management Assiciates , LLC to complete and file my taxes. My friends are surprised that I won’t hire a local firm, but why would I, when I already have the most knowledgeable, professional and competent staff! All the employees know me, and take the time to ask about my beach life. Gerry Keel knows the history of my taxes, and interprets and advises when I receive confusing tax forms. If I take the time to mail my tax information, anyone living near Money Management Associates should employ them to complete their taxes. They even have a coupon if you file early. I have been using Money Management services sinces 2007 and it was one of the best financial decisions I've ever made! The staff is always professional and quick to respond. As a long time client I have even gotten tax advice from Gary outside of "tax time".

As a new homeowner I no longer felt comfortable doing my own taxes online. Fortunately I received a letter in the mail introducing Garry and MMA. Although I often throw away advertisements, something about it made me pick up the phone and speak to Garry. I immediately felt confident in Garry and my first appointment was made, that was 4 years ago. Garry is very thorough in his preparation, asks all the right questions and is very thorough in answering my questions. A few instances have come up during the "off" season which had me needing to reach out to Garry. His responses to my emails were prompt and sometimes he even followed up with a phone call. I look forward to working with Garry each year and you should too!

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Keel for 3 years and we couldn't be happier with his service, genuine concern and professionalism. Dr. Keel has a fast turnaround and he is as pleasant as he is knowledgeable. I don't know how his cost compare to others but for the peace of mind we have and his efficiency, costs is definitely on par with th service. If cost is holding you back just call him for a quote.
