I have 40 years of accounting and finance experience in senior management positions with Fortune 100 corporations, and a major national/ international certified public accounting firm. I was the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer for a 900 physician, multi-specialty group, as well as the acting Chief Financial Officer for a large New York based licensed home health care agency. My experience covers a vast array of industries, including: construction, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, not-for-profit, real estate, retail, service, etc. I manage my own accounting, tax and consulting practice. My clients are corporations, small businesses, estates and trusts, partnerships and high net-worth individuals. My affiliations with other professionals enable me to offer many additional services, such as: insurance, investments, pension administration, computer consulting, purchase and sale of real estate, mortgages, fraud prevention, white-collar crime investigations, etc. I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Degree from Bernard M. Baruch College. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey (inactive) and Pennsylvania(inactive) as a Certified Public Accountant, and in New York and New Jersey as an Insurance Broker. I am also a Real Estate Agent, a Notary Public, and an accredited Tax Advisor and Tax Preparer, by The Accreditation Council for Accounting and Taxation. As a Diplomate of The American Board of Forensic Accounting and a Certified Fraud Examiner, I am able to provide the general public, corporations and all levels of government with investigative services, and also to render expert opinions in court litigations. As a Certified Financial Consultant, I prepare business and investment plans, and advise clients on all aspects of their finances and operations. My areas of expertise include the favorable resolution of tax problems and issues with the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental agencies. I have written several newspaper articles and am very active in my community and in numerous professional organizations, some of which include: The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, The American College of Forensic Examiners, The Institute of Financial Consultants and The National Notary Association.
