I develop proactive tax strategies for clients. There are many strategies to use for business owners and investors. This work is different from tax preparation. With the tax changes in Washington, I've decided to focus my practice on identifying strategies to help clients use tax planning to reduce their tax bills. I explore business entity options, some tax planning using passive losses and some alternative ways to maximize medical deductions with all the new healthcare legislation.
I also work with a team of Tax Resolution Specialists. We specialize in helping taxpayers and small business owners with IRS problems using programs such as Offers in Compromise, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Payment Plans and Penalty Reduction to name a few.
