Former (nationally visible Tax Preparation chain) Tax Preparer. I have attended education courses pertinent to the ever-changing Tax Laws, Tax Updates and Ethics. I cannot change the weather, but I can change a difficult situation into an easier one. I make the experience of preparing tax documents easier for my clients. Clients are advised of any new developments concerning their tax situation throughout the year. Emails are sent to each and every client ( if an email is not available I send paper letters) informing them of changes, etc. I give each and every client the time they need to understand what happened in the calculations of their return.
