Our firm works as a team with an accountant-team member specially assigned to you.   That team member stays with you so you can build the needed relationship.

We specialize in the small business owner (up to 25 employees) to advise on entity selection, bookkeeping and accounting solutions, payroll solutions, pension options and knowing when your company might need an outside professional. There are many areas that can become relevant and you just need someone to point that out to you to start the solution process.  

Technology has changed the way we do business as an accounting firm so we invite you to explore some of these areas for your business.  Most of my clients were not tech experts but they were helped to learn this from our staff. These can be big time savers.  For example, QuickBooks On-Line Edition (QBOE) supports over 300 add-on apps that integrate with the bookkeeping process.  These are worth a look.  

I've been doing this for many years and have learned that only certain types of business persons would make a good fit with our firm.  Hence an initial visit (phone, Skype, FaceTime or in person) would help both of us work through this process to see if it would truly be a Win-Win for both of us.  If our relationship starts as a Win-Lose or a Lose-Win it will eventually become a Lose-Lose.  I can't live with anything but a Win-Win.  

We keep our number of clients small so the current ones can continue to receive the needed attention.  I can't be everyone's CPA tax advisor - there just isn't enough time.  I will say that I have purposely created a climate where we truly enjoy all of our clients.  When you call me, you get me.
