Long before Co-Vid, my practice was set up for virtual service. My tax practice is great for times like these because I have a secured private portal for clients to upload documents, e-signatures on tax forms, fax service and virtual meetings by Zoom.
We provide our clients with everything they need to provide their information for our tax service. We have a secure portal for client's to upload documents (although, other arrangements can be made) and we use e-file and e-signature. We visit out tax clients via Zoom because of co-vid, but we may go back to in person later.
We specialize in QuickBooks Online for medium and small businesses virtually. I have worked for Intuit (maker of TurboTax and QuickBooks Online) since 2014. Since we tech-positive, we support apps like PayPal, T-sheets, Chronos, QuickBooks Payroll. We are a done-with-you-service, which means our clients are expected to print their own checks and enter their own invoices.
