Williams Business Solutions offers full service bookkeeping, payroll and payroll tax preparation, both personal and business tax preparation and other administrative services including notary service.  Williams Business Solutions specializes in customizing our service based on your specific needs as a client.  We can check your mail, your email, return phone calls, pay your bills, do your invoicing, of course handle all your bookkeeping, reconciling and financial reporting needs.  We also offer full payroll services that handle every aspect of payroll that you can think of.  From adding up time sheets, to entering the time, calculating, issuing checks, direct deposit is available, creating quarterly reports, payroll tax deposits, and all of the necessary year end documents that may be required.  We offer several administrative services to our clients as well.  We can create and maintain spreadsheets, word documents and offer Texas notary services.  We have learned our clients want everything handled all at one place, so we also can handle your personal and business tax needs.  Including any follow up with the IRS that may be necessary.  We are very interested in expanding our business by working remotely which is one of the newest option available for our industry.  Please let me know if we can help you in anyway.  I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Lutheran University, I am a certified bookkeeper, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and a Professional Tax Preparer, working on pursuing my Enrolled Agent license soon.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Thank you.
