If you are like most of us, you find that the whole business of taxes can be extremely complicated and frustrating.  Keeping up with all the new changes in the tax codes and procedures requires having the time and a commitment to getting a full understanding of these changes.  The IRS requires the professional consultants and agents that process and prepare taxes be fully versed, familiar and up to date with all of the latest tax laws.
