My name is David Souza, I am in my 31st year as the owner and operator of Tax & Accounting Solutions based out of my home in Wilmington, MA. I have been in the tax and accounting field for 40 years. My educational background consists of a BS in accounting, an MBA in accounting and finance and a MST (Master of Science in Taxation). I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) with the IRS. I worked primarily as a corporate tax accountant for a large company. My business started as a seasonal second job 31 years ago but in the last 22 years, it has grown into a full time, year round business. I handle all types of tax returns, from personal income, to corporate tax, estate, trust, partnership, and small business. As well as preparing all Federal and State tax returns, I also provide full accounting services, to my clients who request it.
